The
best thing for your hair? Stop washing it! I know, it sounds gross. I used to
wash my hair on a daily basis. But I took the advice of a friend and tried washing my
hair once in 2 or maybe three days.My hair feels soft and shiny now. The reason
being that it takes a few days for your head to regulate the oil in the hair and scalp. But if you
have a very oily scalp donot try this as an excess oil in the scalp can cause
dandruff. You
can prepare your own home hair care products by common thing found in your
kitchen.
Blend
together 1 egg, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 a cup water or herbal tea and a few drops of essential oils
of your choice. Wash your hair using this mixture. It will leave your hair soft
and shiny.
You
can add small amount of baking soda in the shampoo which, removes dirt and
grease from your hair to give you the shiny look.
If
you have got dandruff, prepare a solution by mixing 1 teaspoon of castor,
mustard and coconut oil each and massage and apply into the scalp.
Henna
is a good conditioner and gives bounce and volume to the hair.
Lemon
juice mixed with water can also be used as a last rinse to give your hair a
shiny and bouncy look. You may also use vinegar instead of lemon juice.
Boil
tea leaves in enough water, let it cool and then use this liquid as the
last rinse. It has been used over the years and is very effective for a shiny
looking hair.
Massage
your head with coconut oil for 15-20 minutes atleast once in a week. This
increases the blood circulation to your scalp and reduces hair fall.
Apply
honey on your scalp to solve the problem of tangled and frizzy hair. Mix honey
in two cups of fresh cream to create an excellent natural hair product for dry
hair.
Last but
not the least eat a healthy diet. Drink plenty of water, eat raw vegetables and
fruit .
