Chicken Farcha is a delightful Parsi recipe. Traditionally, the chicken is deep fried. But we are are going for a healthier option . So we will bake the chicken instead. Learn how to prepare Chicken farcha by following this easy recipe.

- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 8 pieces of chicken
- 4 eggs - beaten
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- chopped fresh coriander- a handfull
Instructions
- Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste.
- Marinate the chicken in salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and ginger garlic paste for 15-20 minutes.
- Place the chicken pieces in a thick bottom pan, cover it with a lid and cook on low fire until it is tender. The chicken has moisture in it. So you donot have to add water to it.
- Dip chicken pieces in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken turns crispy.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Your chicken Farcha is ready.
