Get A Radiant Skin Naturally

What do you think is the secret to a radiant, glowing skin? An expensive beauty care product or parlour facial  once  a week? I personally feel  that you can get better results sitting at home using ingredients from your day to day life.  I cannot emphasise enough on the effectiveness of every day ingredients in bringing out the natural glow in your skin. Here are a few tips, if followed regularly and patiently , will give you amazing results.

  • Massaging your face with papaya daily will give your skin a natural glow. It helps you to get rid of blackheads as it is a natural exfoliator. A gentle massage of papaya fruit on face can also help you to remove blemishes, dark spots, scars and improves your skin tone, making your skin glow.
  • Mash a banana, mix it with milk and apply on your face  and neck .  Rinse it off thoroughly after 30 minutes. This mask will give you a  fair , smooth ,and glowing skin naturally.
  • Apply  a mixture of egg white and honey for 20 minutes to tighten your skin .This will give you soft skin and help to retain a youthful glow to your skin.
  • Mix 2 tablespoons of tomato juice with 4 tablespoons of curd and apply it on face. Rinse it off once the pack dries off.
  • You may not be aware of this but potato is a natural bleaching agent. It brightens your skin and reduce dark skin spots and scars. Potato juice can lighten your skin, making your skin fair and bringing a glow on your face. Rub a potato daily on your face to get  a glowing, flawless and clear skin.
  • Apply a mixture of honey and yoghurt on the face for 20 minutes If your skin is oily you may use lemon instead of yoghurt. This will give you a soft, fair,  and glowing complexion .
  • A mixture of ground almonds and Oats with honey and yogurt should be applied on the face for around 15-20 minutes and then washed with lukewarm water, to get a smooth, radiant skin.
  • For those of you with an oily skin, powder dry orange peel and mix this with milk.  Apply this on the  face and leave it for 25 minutes and wash off. This is natural bleach which will reduce the dark spots and acne scars on the face.
  • Red sandalwood powder works great to give you an even- toned, glowing skin. You may mix the red sandalwood in lemon juice(for oily skin) or honey. Those of you with acne scars should definitely give this a try.
  • A paste of 2 tablespoons of wild turmeric powder mixed in orange juice should be applied on the face. Leave it on for 20 minutes and scrub it off with a mixture of gram flour and rose water.
